Commercial & Industrial Diving Company (CIDCO) is committed to providing safe work sites for all of our employees, both on land and in the water. Throughout our operations, we exceed or meet OSHA standard and use the ADCI Revision 6.2 and Navy Revision 7 Dive Standards.

OUR SAFETY PROGRAM INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING CORE SAFETY POLICIES/PROCEDURES:

• Utilization of a OSHAS 18001 and ISO 9001-compliant safety and quality management system
• Active participation in dive safety committees such as ADCI, USCG, and US Navy, to name a few
• CPAR system – Corrective, Preventative and Action Report for process review and improvement
• Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for every project
• Random drug screening program
• Extensive and ongoing employee training and certification
• Daily safety meetings that include a forum for sharing suggestions for improvements
• Mandatory workplace audits

We continuously examine methods to improve our safety practices. This commitment to safety serves multiple purposes such as protecting our workforce, reducing fiscal liability for our clients, and providing a framework for continuous improvement.
