CIDCO embraces Health, Safety and Environmental excellence as core business values. We are committed to our philosophy that all incidents and pollution is preventable through the application of a comprehensive HSE management system which incorporates all applicable legal requirements and integrates other standards to which CIDCO subscribes. The success and continual improvement of our HSE performance is fundamental to our corporate goals and is the responsibility of all CIDCO employees
Commercial & Industrial Diving Company (CIDCO) is committed to providing safe work sites for all of our employees, both on land and in the water. Throughout our operations, we exceed or meet OSHA standard and use the ADCI Revision 6.2 and Navy Revision 7 Dive Standards.
OUR SAFETY PROGRAM INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING CORE SAFETY POLICIES/PROCEDURES:
- Utilization of a OSHAS 18001 and ISO 9001-compliant safety and quality management system
- Active participation in dive safety committees such as ADCI, USCG, and US Navy, to name a few
- CPAR system – Corrective, Preventative and Action Report for process review and improvement
- Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for every project
- Random drug screening program
- Extensive and ongoing employee training and certification
- Daily safety meetings that include a forum for sharing suggestions for improvements
- Mandatory workplace audits
We continuously examine methods to improve our safety practices. This commitment to safety serves multiple purposes such as protecting our workforce, reducing fiscal liability for our clients, and providing a framework for continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Certifications:
- Diver Association of Commercial Diving Educators (A.C.D.E.) qualified as an Air/Mixed Gas Commercial Divers
- Association of Diving Contractors International (A.D.C.I.) qualified as a Surface-Supplied Air Diving Supervisor
- Riggers Certified in accordance API-RP-2D
- Qualified in accordance with OSHA, Haz-Mat/Hazwoper procedures (40 Hours)
- Qualified in accordance with OSHA, Confined Space Entry procedures
- NACE CSP1 lvl, inspector certification and standard specialist
- Non Destructive Testing (N.D.T.) Level I & II U/W V.T., U.T. & M.P.I.
- First Aid, C.P.R., Oxygen Provider, Automated Defibrillator Qualified, & Offshore Survival Certified
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential Card (TWIC) & Valid U.S. Passport
- AWS D3-6M Underwater Welding Certifications
- National Center Constructions Education & Research (N.C.C.E.R) core curricula certified in basic & power tool safety
- EMT & DMT advanced course Certifications (dive medic)
- O2 oxygen certified provider / administrator
- Fall Safety Protection Certifications
- Data Entry Specialist
- UAS Remote Pilot License
- NACE Inspector
